Super ....... it would-be great if the key supplier could supply keys as quickly as you can supply new locks !
But ...... so good to have registered keys and to know that fresh keys are available without fuss ... also so nice to deal with a company who really do want to support their customers after sales - not what is happening out there generally - sad to say.

I purchased the X1 and because I never wanted to be locked out of my own e-bike, decided to get an extra set of keys. It was a little bit of a wait, but very reasonable considering I live in the US. I was kept informed by email for the production of the extra keys and when they were shipped. I appreciate the great customer service.

Keys are fine but different style to original keys and are plain, not branded with LITELOK making it difficult to identify and match keys to lock on bunch of keys.

Think that for the price you should really get 3 keys with the lock, belive that's standard on most locks, think you'd get better reviews
