How long will it take to get my order?
The time it takes for your order to be dispatched and delivered will depend on where you're having it delivered to, which product you have ordered and which method of shipping you have selected. We aim to dispatch all orders on the same or the day after the order has been made but this is not always possible. We will note the dispatch time either on the product page or during the checkout. Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Please note that shipping costs and delivery times will vary. For more information, please see our Shipping Policy.
Am I able to track my order?
Once your item is out for delivery, you will receive an email from us with a tracking code from your courier. Please follow the instructions on the email and enter your tracking code to check the status of your delivery.
Can I exchange my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any exchanges at this time. However, we can fully refund your order and you can then proceed to place an order for the correct item you wish to purchase.
Can I buy a LITELOK from a shop?
At this moment in time, we do not have any of our products stocked in retail stores, although this may change in the future.
How long does delivery take?
The length of time it takes for you to receive your order will depend on the product(s) you have ordered, and the shipping you have selected.
